Print Purchase

Thank you for considering the purchase or use of my images. I have printed my images at the following sizes:

• 35 mm images (small images on my site)
  • For a typical room I print a 11x14 image and center mount on a 16x20 mat
  • I have also printed 16x20 images and center mount on a 20x24 mat
• Panoramic images
  • Generally I like a 10x30 image format with or without mat for a typical room
  • A 20x60 format is good for a living room wall

Prints up to 16x20 or 10x30 in size, or images matted to this size, can be shipped flat and mounted. Anything larger does not ship well matted. I can print these larger sizes and ship them rolled in a sturdy tube so you can have it matted locally.

Please review the images on this site and create a lightbox that contains the ones you are interested in. Use the "Email Lightbox" option and send this to dvint@dvint.com along with a description of the services you want. I'll get back to you with a quote and estimate of when I can provide the prints.

Image Licensing and Reproduction Rights

Any of the images on this may be licensed for use in publications. Electronic versions of images can be provided on CD-ROM or transferred to your FTP site in a variety of formats. Pricing for this service depends upon the size, usage, and publication. Every use is a custom quote. You may obtain express permission, in the form of a license, to use the images on this website. The images are not sold; they are licensed as described in the written documents that accompany the image (delivery memo, rights release and payment invoice). All images are licensed under the Terms And Conditions as specified at time of purchase. Any claims for adjustment or rejection of terms must be made in writing to D Vint Productions within ten (10) days after receipt of invoice.

Please send the ID numbers of the images you are interested in or build a lightbox and use the "Email Lightbox" option send me a lightbox reference containing the images that you are interested in and how you want to use them.

If you see something you like but its not quite right, please ask. What you see on this website is a sample of what is available. With many of the sunrise, sunset and moving water images, I have a selection of exposures. These range from lighter to darker images as well as longer or shorter exposures that control the amount of detail in moving water images. Also if you see that I have images on a topic or area of interest but the exact image is not here, please ask as well. Not all my images are presented on this website and I may have something that is not on this website. I have provided a representative sample of the materials that I have available.

Image Usage - Comp Use

D Vint Productions grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non- transferable right to copy image(s) from this site onto your computer for comp usage and browsing only. Comp usage means the creation of a rough layout or comprehensive rendering of a proposed work as in-house presentations, storyboards, or rough draft designs for yourself or your clients. Usage of an image beyond the limited comp usage right granted herein constitutes willful copyright infringement and is punishable to the fullest extent of the law.

No Reproduction Rights Are Granted Or Implied Herein.

Images cannot be sold or distributed or used for advertising, brochures, editorial publications, multimedia, or any other use without the prior written permission of D Vint Productions. To obtain reproduction rights you must contact:

D Vint Productions and Danny Vint retain all rights not expressly granted by this agreement without any limitations whatsoever.

Additional Use:

D Vint Productions grants you the non-exclusive right to use the images according to the rights selected and indicated in the documents transmitted to you with the image (delivery memo, rights release and payment invoice) and for no other purpose, including promotional and/or electronic usage. Use beyond the terms of the limited license agreement without first obtaining an additional license is strictly prohibited. Other than the above Comp Use, images may not be used in any way until an invoice indicating your right to use the image is paid in full and no rights are granted by your possession of an image or the delivery documents.

Exclusive rights may only be granted by D Vint Productions subject to the availability of such rights and subject to additional fees. Use is granted for the United States only, unless otherwise specified. Full credit and copyright information must remain with the file.

Restrictions As To Use

It is illegal to copy or reproduce any image beyond the terms in the "Image Usage" section, including use on other websites or any derivative use without the prior written consent of D Vint Productions. It is illegal to use any portion of an image as reference for another photograph or illustration in any form.

Images may not be used in any materials distributed outside of your company or to the public, including, but not limited to, any online or other electronic distribution system (except you may transmit comps digitally or electronically to your clients for their review) and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or sublicensed alone or as part of any product.

You agree that you will not use any in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous or fraudulent, either by making physical changes to it, or in the juxtaposition to accompanying text. D Vint Productions reserves the right to deny any use of an image which it determines to be inappropriate.

You may not copy or publish any of the images to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distribute or allow any of the images to be distributed to or used by anyone other than the authorized users, without prior written consent from D Vint Productions.

You may not remove any copyright, watermarks or other notices contained in the images and information. D Vint Productions reserves the right to restrict or remove your access to this site at any time, or revoke your authorization to view, download and use the images and information on this site at any time, and you shall immediately discontinue your use upon written notice from D Vint Productions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold D Vint Productions and Danny Vint, harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses and expert fees, arising out of the use of any image, any breach of this agreement by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the website.

Releases

No model releases or other releases exist on any images unless the existence of such release is specified in a separate writing by D Vint Productions.

All photographs appearing on this site have been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office and are the copyrighted property of Danny Vint. They are fully protected by U.S. and international copyright laws; all rights reserved. The images on this site are for on-screen viewing only and may not be copied, reproduced, manipulated or used in any way, for personal or commercial use, without, the express written permission of the photographer, Danny Vint.
